Sucrose Works Best as EM buffer and VV Holder

Sucrose is an Anemo support that works well in many teams. Because of her EM buff and ability to hold VV, her best teams are with PHEC characters. Her Hexerei buff doesn't change much to her kit and only gives a small damage buff, making her still great even without Secret Rite effect.
