Dazzlewing from Monster Hunter Wilds appears in areas 3 and 14 of Scarlet Forest. They tend to appear during Plenty, either perched on trees or flying, so change the environment before heading towards them.

If Dazzlewing is not there, move to another map and then come back. The appearance status of Endemic Life will change when you move the map. Area 14 has a Pop-Up Camp nearby, so setting one up will make it easier to move around during Fast Travel.

When you arrive at the location, use Capture Net to catch Dazzlewing. Dazzlewing will not run away even if the player approaches, so the equipment Ghillie Mantle is not necessary.
