Obtainable From a Limited-Time Event Quest

Running Wild Quest

In Monster Hunter Wilds, the Sealed Dragon Cloth can be obtained from the limited-time event Quest "Running Wild". You cannot take on the Quest unless you are HR21 or higher, so progress the story in Chapter 4 until you hunt "Tempered Lala Barina" and "Guardian Fulgur Anjanath".
