In Monster Hunter Wilds, the Dragon-Enhancer Jewel 3 can be obtained as a quest reward or randomly obtained from Ancient Orb - Sword through Wyverian Melding.

How to Farm Decorations

Wyverian Melding Unlocks in Stages

Mystery OrbUnlocked at the beginning of Chapter 3-3
Glowing OrbUnlocked after completing Chapter 5-1 (Requires HR 32 or higher)
Ancient OrbUnlocked after completing Chapter 6-1 (Requires HR 40 or higher)

Each orb’s melding becomes available progressively as you advance through the main story. If you are unable to meld the desired orb, try progressing further in the main story.
