Farm the Event Quest "Anguish and Atrocity"

An efficient way to gather Nourishing Extract in Monster Hunter Wiles is by farming the event quest “Anguish and Atrocity.” You'll earn 5 to 10 as rewards, so make sure to farm it as much as possible during the event period. Note that the quest requires a Hunter Rank (HR) of 21 or higher, so if you're not there yet, focus on advancing through the story first.

When the event period ends, it’s recommended to farm the optional quests targeting Guardian Seikret, such as “Spread Those Wings (Low Rank)” and “Small White Feathers (High Rank).” With a 20% target reward and easy hunts, these quests are a far easier way to gather Nourishing Extract than hunting other large monsters.
