Slicked Blade Effect

Skill Type	Weapon Skill
Effect	Temporarily increases affinity when wet or when inflicted with bubbleblight. (Wet and bubbleblight effects stack.)

Skill Effects per Level

Level 1	Affinity +3% when wet, and +7% while afflicted with bubbleblight.
Level 2	Affinity +6% when wet, and +14% while afflicted with bubbleblight.
Level 3	Affinity +9% when wet, and +21% while afflicted with bubbleblight.

Wet Occurs When Entering Water and Oilsilt

The activation condition for Slicked Blade, 'Wet,' refers to being in water areas and oilslit on the field. Therefore, 'Bubbleblight' is not considered 'Wet'

Effect Ends 25 Seconds After Leaving the Water Area

The effect of Slicked Blade ends 25 seconds after leaving the water area once you have entered a 'Wet' state. If there is a nearby water area, make sure to enter it regularly. Additionally, the Affinity increase from 'Bubbleblight' ends as soon as Bubbleblight expires.

Rain Also Cause 'Wet' Status

Slicked Blade activates when it is raining on the field, as rain causes a 'Wet' status. In addition, in the Scarlet Forest, setting the weather to Inclemency will make it rain.

Synergy with Mizutsune Equipment's Bubbly Dance

Bubbly Dance II, activated with 4 pieces of Mizutsune Equipment, is a skill that allows you to trigger Bubbleblight with an evade action. When combined with Slicked Blade Lv3, you can almost constantly maintain an Affinity increase of 21%.
