Flying DPS Or Bow Character For Second Half
The Aeonblight Drake can fly and avoid attacks from melee characters, making flying DPS like Wanderer or Chasca are great for the Second Half. It will also expose its weak spots from time to time so bringing a Bow DPS like Tighnari is recommended.

Any DPS Team That Uses Burst For First Half
The Support Level objective for the first half is simple and can easily be achieved in time if you defeat the enemies and have decent Energy Recharge. Trial Raiden Shogun can help in fast charging your team's Bursts. Ororon is also able to charge Energy and Varesa can use her Burst multiple times in her rotations.
Use Pyro Reaction Teams For Second Half
Since the Support Level buffs are related to Vaporize and Melt, it is recommended to bring teams centered around it. You will also need Pyro against the boss so a Pyro DPS is preferred. When picking for supports, bring characters that don't require their Burst in the start since you don't start with full Energy.

For Phase 1, Instead of Damage, Focus On Freezing Most Enemies
To increase the Support Level, you just need to trigger Freeze constantly. Characters with huge AoE like Citlali and Neuvillette works well in this phase. If you do not have wide AoE Hydro and Cryo, using Anemo for Crowd Control is also an option.
Build a Team around Plunging Attacks
Varesa is the character that works best in the second phase because Jadeplume Shroom gets downed when hit by Electro but other Plunging Characters work as well. Make sure to have enough Energy Recharge for the team since you will start with 0 energy.

For Second Half, Bring Pillar-Climbing Characters
To paralyze the boss during its charging phase, you have to hit the two Boltsphere it summons which are on top of two pillars. Using characters with vertical or climbing mobility skills can allow you to easily reach the top of the pillars.
