Chongyun Is Best Used As Quickswap Burst DPS

Chongyun's Burst has high damage multipliers with a low Energy cost of 40. This makes him really good for quickswap teams like the National team. Aside from his Burst's damage, Chongyun can be used as a support for Cryo DPS since he can increase the Cryo DMG taken by enemies.

Chongyun can activate Cryo resonance to reduce the CRIT rate requirement. He can also help funnel Energy to Ayaka. Ayaka's damage mainly comes from her Burst but her Normal/Charged Attack are also used in her rotations, which can benefit from Chongyun's ATK SPD buff.

Chongyun can be the on-field DPS of a Burnmelt team by using his Skill to infuse Cryo to his attacks and Burst to deal damage in one shot. Bennett and Mavuika can increase his damage greatly while Emilie deals her own damage and prolongs the application of Pyro on enemies.
