This area of Hangeh Afrasiyab is only accessible at the last part of As The Khvarena's Light Shows quest. The chest can be found near a gate that is likely related to Khaenri'ah.
How To Go To Hangeh Afrasiyab (Underground)?| Procedure | |

| 1 |  Teleport to the marked underground waypoint. You can only discover this as you progress with As The Khvarena's Light Shows quest |

You can find the luxurious chest on the island northwest of Samudra Coast near a lone Hilichurl. The island is quite a distance from the coast so prepare to lessen the stamina consumption to avoid drowning midway. Aside from characters, there is also some food that you can eat to decrease your swimming stamina consumption.

There are 3 Mayfly chests around Vourukasha Oasis and it does not matter where you start since the Mayflie chests are connected thru the seelie that you are going to follow leading you to another Mayfly chest.
Sorush Is Necessary
The Mayfly chest 3 has only a few time allotments for gathering the Mayflies so you need Sorush to activate the grapple near the Mayflies at high altitude.
How To Get Sorush?Complete The Timed Challenge
After claiming the Mayfly chests & following the seelies, a timed challenge appears and you can claim the luxurious chest when this challenge has been completed.
