The 12 different locations included in this article are the ones where a special crystal containing a chest can be found.

There are a lot of areas where Nirodha Fruit can be found around the Girdle of the Sands. You can find it close to condensed crystals that is close to it to destroy.

Use Sorush Gadget
You need to have the Sorush gadget to acquire the juices of Nirodha Fruit. This gadget can be obtained from the early parts of Khvarena of Good and Evil quest line.
Sorush Location & UsesUse Skill Near The Fruit
Use Sorush gadget and approach the Nirodha Fruit then use the alternate Skill to get the juices. Once acquired, you can see that the alternate Burst can be used.
Total Of 8 Uses
You can get 80 at a time and you spend 10 whenever you use the alternate Burst. You only need 1 shot for melting the special crystals.
Melt The Solidified Amrita
The solidified Amrita is a special crystal that can be melted with the juice from Nirodha Fruit. If you see it, there is a Nirodha Fruit nearby.
Watch The Red Circle On The Ground
Hover above the special crystal and ensure that it is inside the red circle before you use your alternate Burst. The special crystal can be melted even if only a portion of it is in the red circle.
Cancel Sorush Gadget To Get The Chest
When the chest has been revealed by melting the special crystal, switch back to your character to claim it.
Affects Other Stuff That Can Be Destroyed
Aside from the special crystals, you can also use the juice of Nirodha Fruit to destroy other stuff such as breaking the outer layer of Trishiraite. It takes 10 shots to break one which is inconvenient since it is easier to break stuff like this with either a claymore user such as Razor or Geo character such as Zhongli.
Does Not Affect Enemies
When you drop the juice of Nirodha Fruit on an enemy, it does not lower the enemy's HP nor attract their attention.

Twelve Chests All In All
You can get 1 chest from the special crystal near each location so you can claim 12 chests in total.
Mora From Rubble
Aside from chests, you can also find rubbles in some special crystals and you can get Mora from it.
Use the Force, Sorush Achievement
After destroying 15 Amrita Crystals, you will receive this achievement.
