Unlocked by Slaying Comaqchi After Reaching High Rank

The unlock condition for 'Dream Eaters' is to slay a Comaqchi after unlocking High Rank (Clearing Chapter 4-1). If you haven't unlocked High Rank yet, proceed with the story quests first.
