In Monster Hunter Wilds, the Mimiphyta Ticket can be obtained from the limited-time event quest 'Kut-Ku Gone Cuckoo'. To participate in the quest, you need to progress the story up to the point where you capture Yian Kut-Ku in Chapter 4 (HR9).
