Based on 20 tent rests per weather type for each field, Mizutsune appeared at a rate of around 50% in the Scarlet Forest’s Fallow or Inclemency states. When resetting quests, it’s recommended to set the weather to either Fallow or Inclemency.

Once the desired Bonus Reward appears, save the quest as a Field Survey to enable multiple attempts. You can fight the saved Field Survey up to 3 times, plus once as the on-location Field Survey, for a total of 4 battles.
