Oceanid Location - Qingce Village
You can find the Oceanid inside Qingce Village. It will be marked in your map with its own icon.

There are only two Oceanid mimics that will count towards this challenge. The only mimics that have a water bomb attack are the Fat Bird and the Frog.
Freeze Mimics To Stun Lock Them
The easiest way to complete this challenge is by stun freezing the enemies and for this you will need a Cryo character. After freezing them, switch to a high damage character to finish them off.
