What Are Mysterious Seelies / Blue Spirits?
Wispy Spirits That Unlocks Chests
Mysterious Seelie (the Blue Spirits) are wispy orbs that you can find around the world. Get close to them and they will lead you to their podiums and unlock chests! They're the best way to farm Geo Sigils, Anemo Sigils, Primogems, and more.
Some Puzzles Require Multiple Mysterious Seelie
Most of the Mysterious Seelie will unlock a Chest by themselves, but there are some that will require more than one to do so. You'll need to check around the surroundings to find them.
Can Also Spawn Enemies
Sometimes when a Mysterious Seelie spawns a chest, it will also spawn enemies that you will need to defeat. Once you're cleared them, you can then open the chest.

Can Be Found In Mondstadt & Liyue
Mysterious Seelie can be found all over the map from up north in Mondstadt and all the way down to Liyue. They are not exclusive to a region like Anemoculus and Geoculus. Fast travel between domains to get closer to them.
