Cannot Interact With NPCs After Fallen Star
What Is Happening?
After doing the Fallen Star Event, the buttons that appears when interacting with NPCs does not appear making it not possible to craft and buy items.

If you decided to do the Fallen Star event, regardless if you choose coop or single player mode, you will enter a "multiplayer"-like phase and your actions will be limited as if you are in coop mode.

Manually Exit Multiplayer Mode To Solve
To be able to interact with the NPC again, you can simply exit the multiplayer mode by selecting "Co-op" from Paimon's Menu and pressing "Return to single-player.
Restarting The Game Also Works
Since restarting makes you leave the multiplayer mode and enter single player mode, logging out and logging in will also solve this issue.
