Eye of Perception feels like one of her BiS! it gives more than 50% atk so its definitely better!

shouldnt eye of perception also be a weapon option? it has a 55.1% attack stat at level 90
im assuming it has something to do with the passives but it doesnt it have a high enough sub stat for it to be an option?

I've got her C5 and my god shes still fells so useless.No matter where i put her its just garbage. There are much better healers or shielders or subDPS then she is.And her damage is complete ass.Even my good for nothing C0 Ningguang outDPSing her and bringing much more to the table with Crystalize.
