u can if u do her trial, u can ascend her to the first star and get her to lvl 40 for now

So.. I cant get her above lvl 20 because i havent reached inazuma yet. Such wow

i really appreciate this!! i got raiden yesterday after i saved up for her since her original leaks and it's been annoying to walk around trying to find so many, ehe!! so ty :D
