Why does it say it is available in-game? Every other source says its a weapon banner only weapon T.T

Is it alright for xiangling? I don't have any other weapon for her.
I'm wondering if it's worth using it on her.

It's supposed to be the BiS of Rosaria (even better than Homa when R5) and you don't put Rosaria as a recommended character for it !?

So basically if all your party members have their Energy meter full, then the weapon will do the max about of available damage

Very solid polearm, especially in a proper team. Just makes it harder to build crit rate/dmg ratio since it's substat is ATK%, but still can be pretty strong among the 4-star options :)

Is it a good option for Xiao?

Do these weapons stack with 4-pack of Emblem of Severed Fate?

Is it okay on Hu tao?. I don't have any other polearm
