we need to go to the new boss, climb up the rocks and summon the electro thingy. once u summon it press (t) on a pc. then it'll dash u up to a purple thing which will teleport you to the domain

u have to do shrine prification quest for this

I'm pretty sure that its in the same area the new boss is but there seems to be an invisible barrier blocking the way.
