I don't know who wrote this up but the fact it's suggesting TF 4 piece is a joke, and clear that whoever wrote this did not even take the time to look through the abilities thoroughly.

this build is trash. he doesn't need TF set, use 2 pc Noblesse + Exiled or full exiled, with ER% slot. he's there as a universal battery. Put Sacrificial Sword to maximize his ER% and everyone in the team will have Burst ready every cooldown.
