Eight artifacts were added to the Mystic Offering Artifact Strongboxes with the release of the 4.0 Update. This brings the total number of available artifacts for exchange through the system to 22.

When it comes to the Mystic Offering, the basic rule is to prioritize Artifacts that you personally want or need. However, if you want to Min-Max the system, use the ranking above to prioritize exchanging for Artifacts that are less efficient to farm.
All Artifact Set List & Locations 4.0If In Doubt, Exchange For Viridescent Venereer, Tenacity Of The Millelith, Or Emblem Of Severed Fate
If you are unsure what to exchange for, the top recommended ones are Viridescent Venereer, Tenacity of the Millelith, and the Emblem of Severed Fate. A lot of characters make use of these artifacts and it's likely more characters will make use of them so it's good to stock up on them.
Mystic Offering - How To Use & Locations
Can Be Used At Any Alchemy Station (AR 45 Or Higher Only)
The Mystic Offering system is unlocked once you reach Adventure Rank 45. Once unlocked, you can head to any Alchemy station and choose Mystic Offering from the tab menu.

There's an Alchemy Table in each region. Head to any one of them to start the Mystic Offering.
Best Artifact Farming & Exchnange Method

Farm For Your Desired Artifact At Its Domain

In order to make use of the Mystic Offering, you will need to use 5-Star Artifacts so it's recommended that you still farm for Artifacts in their domains. You can farm for any Artifact that is needed by your characters, but it is recommended to follow the efficient farming guide below for a more efficient farming.

This will allow you to basically farm for two characters, saving you Resin and time.
Farm For Artifacts In World Rank 6
Players will only get guaranteed 5-star Artifact Drops from Domains when they're running World Rank 6 (Adventure Rank 45 or higher). Make sure to only farm when you have your World Rank set to 6.

Since you can only exchange a max of 39 Artifacts at a time, it is recommended that you first collect up to 40 5-Star Artifacts before doing the Mystic Offering. Since the Artifact you get from the exchange are random, it's very time consuming to do it in small batches.

When deciding which Artifacts to use for the exchange, there are universal stats that you shouldn't use for the exchange as listed above. Characters can have up to 1 Offset Artifact that they can use so these Stats can benefit characters even if they don't run the set you are farming for.

You also have to take note of the stats and the artifact set it is on. For example, an Energy Recharge Main Stat Sands is not that good for the Crimson Witch Of Flames, but for an Emblem Of Severed Fate Sands, it's very good. Make sure to check possible builds of each Artifact set to know which Artifacts to keep.
Use Reject Artifacts You Got On The Mystic Offering Again
Check the results of the Mystic Offering and lock all viable Artifacts. The rest can then be used to exchange again at the Mystic Offering!
