Utilize Thoma's Burst With Burgeon

The objective of this team is to produce Dendro cores and apply either Electro for hyperbloom projectiles through Kuki's Skill or Pyro for Burgeon with Thoma's Burst.

Rotation Of Hyperburgeon Thoma Team

General Attack Rotation

No.Procedure
1Use Nahida's Burst for EM buff
2Use Nahida's Skill for mark
3Switch to Xingqiu
4Use Xingqiu's Burst & Skill for Hydro application
5Switch to Thoma
6Use Thoma's Burst & Skill for Pyro application
7Switch to Kuki
8Use Kuki's Skill for Electro application
9Return to Nahida
10Use Nahida's Normal Attack until the elemental applications of other characters are gone
11Repeat from step 1

The frequency of Thoma's coordinated attack & Kuki's tick is has a pause so either of them has a chance to trigger an elemental reaction. However, Kuki needs to have an on-field time when her HP is very low.

- Include a good Electro applicator
- Go for off-field Electro DPS with EM build if the team already has a healer

As long as Hydro & Dendro can produce Dendro cores, the Electro & Pyro can consume them to inflict damage. In addition, Dendro Traveler is not good in burgeon team since the flower from Burst explodes immediately when it comes in contact with Pyro.

Overload Team Conducts Powerful Damage

Thoma at C6 will assist and support its team by providing Normal Atack buffs for Clorinde and triggering consistent overload reactions with Fischl. This allows Chevreuse to shred the enemy's resistance and give ATK Buff while also being the team's healer.

Rotation Of Overload Thoma Team

General Attack Rotation

No.Procedure
1Use Clorinde's Burst first, followed by Fischl's Burst or Elemental Skill.
2Switch to Chevreuse and use her Burst.
3Switch to Thoma and use his Elemental Skill then Burst.
4Then switch to Clorinde and use her E. Skill to remove the BoL, then perform a Normal Attack 3 times. Then use her Elemental Skill repeatedly until it expires.
5Switch to Chevreuse for healing - Hold Elemental Skill
6Repeat from no. 1

You can adjust the given rotation above as long as Chenvreuse's buff is still active while Clorinde's dealing damage towards the enemies.

The objective of this team is to trigger vaporize consistently. Ayato's attack after using his Skill is considered as Normal Attack and this can trigger Thoma's coordinated attack.

Thoma's Artifact Set Depends On The Healer

Thoma's artifact changes depending on the healer. If the healer can use Noblesse Oblige like Bennett, Thoma can use Crimson Witch of Witch.

Pros & Cons Of Vaporize Thoma Team

Pros- Ayato can consecutively deal heavy damage thru vaporize
- All members in the team can inflict decent damage, especially while Ayato's Burst & Kazuha's Pyro-swirl are both active
- Hydro resonance is beneficial for Ayato's damage output, Thoma's shield durability, & Kokomi's heal
Cons- Ayato's Skill has 6s downtime which could be a disadvantage if the opponent moves a lot
- Thoma needs to have a decent ER for his Burst

Rotation Of Vaporize Thoma Team

General Attack Rotation

No.Procedure
1Use Kokomi's Skill for Hydro application
2Switch to Thoma
3Use Thoma's Burst & Skill for Pyro application
4Switch to Kazuha
5Use Kazuha's Burst for elemental DMG bonus
6Use Kazuha's Skill or subtle crowd control
7Switch to Ayato
8Use Ayato's Burst for Normal Attack DMG bonus
9Use Ayato's Skill and hold Normal Attack until the duration ends
10Repeat from step 1

As much as possible, maximize the duration of Ayato's Skill since 6-second cooldown is a lot of time.

The objective of this team is to trigger melt consistently. Kazuha's swirl prioritizes Pyro over Cryo so whenever Kazuha triggers Pyro-swirl, he reduces the enemies' Pyro RES thru Viridescent Venerer & provides Pyro DMG bonus thru his Burst and this benefits Thoma.

Pros & Cons Of Melt Thoma Team

Pros- Ayaka can deal heavy damage consistently thru reverse melt
- All members in the team can inflict decent damage even when Ayaka is the active character
Cons- Opponents can be pushed by Ayaka's Burst until melt is triggered
- Thoma needs to have a decent ER for her Burst

Rotation Of Melt Thoma Team

No.Procedure
1Use Bennett's Skill for Pyro particles
2Use Bennett's Burst for ATK buff
3Switch to Kazuha
4Use Kazuha's Burst for Pyro DMG bonus
5Use Kazuha's Skill or subtle crowd control

10Use Ayaka's Burst for powerful damage
11Use Ayaka's Skill for buff
12Use Ayaka's Normal/Charged Attack until the Burst of Kazuha & Bennett are gone
13Repeat step 1

Occassionally, switch to Kazuha to refresh the effect of Viridescent Venerer x4 and for subtle crowd control.

- A shielder could be included instead of a healer
- When Dendro has been included, you can trigger burning which can prolong the Pyro application of Thoma on the enemy

It is great to include a Cryo character that can make the most out of Thoma's coordinated attack. With Anemo, the team can benefit from the debuff effect of Viridescent Venerer x4.

Improved Melt Capability

When Dendro is included, Thoma can trigger Burning which is convenient for triggering Melt since the Pyro effect persists after a Cryo DMG.
