You can join the event and unlock it by fulfilling the conditions above. The quest needed to unlock is part of the game so there won't be any trouble in finishing them.
Talk To Master Shousen To Unlock
During the event, an old man at the islands north of Inazuma will appear. Follow the quest mark and talk to Master Shousen to unlock the game.

Finish All Shoden Levels To Unlock Okuden Mode
Every day there will be a Shoden Level unlocked. Finish the three levels of Shoden to unlock Okuden Level.
Each Daily Challenge Has A Different Set Of Enemies
Every challenge features a different set of enemies. You can confirm this before starting the challenge so make sure to choose a team that will be effective against the presented enemy for smoother clear.
You Cannot Coop During The Challenge
Phantom Flow can only be played in Single-Player Mode so make sure to raise your characters before you start! Check the best build for each characters in the link below!
Best Artifact Per CharacterFinishing The Highest Level Of Shoden Will Finish the Previous Levels
If you are in a rush and is confident of the power of your team, challenge the Extreme level. Finishing the highest level will automatically clear the lower level of the game and unlock Okuden.
Use Shields In Okuden Levels
The power of monsters in Okuden is surprisingly high and there is a possibility that enemies will one shot your character. To prevent this, put shield supports and healers in your team before starting the challenge.
