Fischl is a good Electro sub DPS with rapid application and can easily generate energy particles. Since she can also reposition and refresh the duration of Oz, she is one of the most used Electro sub DPS for various team compositions.
She also has rapid Normal Attacks which give her viability as a Physical DPS but due to the lack of a Cryo sub DPS that can consistently apply Cryo for Superconduct, Physical DPS Fischl is one of her weaker teams.

With Fischl's Electro application, Neuvillette will be able to reach max stacks of his passive easier. This will allow his personal damage to be higher. Kazuha and Xilonen can further improve the damage with their buffs as well.

Electro-Charged teams have a few requirements. The on-field reaction driver can be changed for an Anemo or Electro on-field DPS. All you have to do is to guarantee the constant application of both Electro and Hydro so that Electro-Charged will be happening constantly

Fischl's coordinated off-field Electro attacks allow for Alhaitham to trigger Spread to increase Dendro damage dealt. Nahida and Shinobu are support and help in buffing and healing the team.

While it is possible to avoid wasting time when waiting for the mirror stacks, this is not recommended as it requires high technical skills. But if you are able to do so, using Nahida's Skill to mark enemies in the 2 seconds period of Alhaitham's Burst duration then switching back to Alhaitham can work and you will still get the mirror stacks on him.

Alhaitham's rapid attacks that can be infused with Dendro makes him able to do without a second Dendro character. The same with Fischl, her Electro application is also as good. As such, substitutes for Nahida and Shinobu can be replaced with other support units who has compatible elements and skills.

Fischl helps Clorinde gain more energy particles. This is so she can use her Burst more often for damage. Kazuha and Nahida support the team with their buffs and debuffs.
