Summary Of Buffs

Constellation	-C6: Buff for EM / ATK from New Passive is increased. ▼Constellation Buff Details
Others	- New Passive adding him as a member of Hexenzirkel Faction. Hex Character Buff: When there are 2 or more Hex Characters: └ Overload buffs Team's ATK. └ Electro-Charged / Lunar-Charged increases EM ▼Passive & Faction Buff Details

Changes To Constellation

Old	New
(C6) Evernight Raven (Old): Extends the duration of Oz's presence on the field by 2s. Additionally, Oz performs coordinated attacks with your active character when present, dealing 30% of Fischl's ATK as Electro DMG.	(C6) Evernight Raven (New): Will finally extend Oz's duration on-field. Oz's will attack every time the active enemy deals damage (not just on reactions), and deals a DMG increase of Fischl's ATK (as Electro DMG).

Fischl's Constellation buff for her C6: Gaze of the Deep, will now provide a massive damage increase with a higher multiplier compared to her previous kit. In the said buff, Oz's attacks will also increase, providing support and making Fischl a much more efficient Electro applicator, which is good for elemental reactions.

Changes to Passive

Fischl will become one of the Hexerei Characters after completing some quests. When a party includes two (2) Hex Characters, you will gain the following effects:

Hexerei: Secret Rite Hark, Prince Nachtraben, Ozvaldo Hrafnavins, he who has witnessed the fall of countless worlds. Sing now the starry septet for your sovereign, for this is the moment of deepest sin, when the gathered souls at the end of causality shatter the darkness of fate. Buff effects when Oz is on the field: └ Triggers an Overloaded reaction, increasing their ATK DMG. └ Triggers an Electro-Charged or Lunar-Charged reaction, increasing the nearby team's Elemental Mastery.

New Party Enhancement Passive - Hexerei

Similar to the Moonsign party enhancement, Hexerei: Secret Rite is activated when there's two Hexerei characters in the team. You can mix and match any of them and the effect will still activate.
