Charity And Creativity - How To Get Funds?
Sell Winemaking Goods To Wine Sellers
There are 2 wine sellers / makers in the Festival area. Talk to them and sell ingredients that you have to get funding. You can sell up to 5 piece of each ingredients. Take note that you need to possess these ingredients to sell them.

You need as much funds as possible so make sure to sell all items! Most of the items are easily found in Mondstadt.
Do Quest From Event Page
There are 2 quest in the Event page that will give you funds upon completing it. Order for those NPCs to obtain more funding for your shop!
Bargain For More Funding
Do not use all of the Mora you receive when purchasing the NPC order. You can earn extra funding through bargaining. You can adjust the offer around the middle bar for a safe bet.

Adjust The Bar To Match The Arrows On Every Cycle
To successfully open for business, you must match the bar using your limited funds until both arrows turns orange. No need to go pass it since the next Cycle might require a different status.
Use Stratagems To Adjust The Bar If You Lack Points
Shop Stratagems are ideas thought by the traveler to increase the quality of the shop. Choose a strategem that you need based on the kind of status you need. You can change this every cycle.
Unlock Strategems Through Emergencies
While managing the shop, you would encounter emergencies. This, most of the time, gives you the papers you need to unlock strategies. Sometimes these emergencies are just additional cutscenes, however.

After completing Charity Event? Securing Funds? World Quest, the Traveler will be opening their shop and will have to deal with multiple Customer Cycle Flow to achieve their goal. After meeting a certain criteria, players can manage three shops at once.
Decorate Shop
Players can also use the Furnishing Displays that they will get from the Fecund Blessings Event to decorate their shops and earn corresponding rewards! You can obtain decorations by opening Fecund Blessing Treasures
