When it come to bargain i always just bargain 40% discount of the Top Price:
(Top Price - Low Price) = X
X x 40% = Y
Top Price - Y = Z

Works with deviation around ±1%

11500 will do for diane
21500 for george

13650 was good for Quqing for me

12100 did not work
21260 did not work

21260 worked fine.

21259 worked for George

I got 21500 for George.

13000 was too low for Quqing when I tried it.

I had to go up 13500 on Cat's Tail for Quqing.

21500 worked on George for Guanchui.

There should be info about your first barter with George.

13000 for cat tail did not work for me

12000 is wrong she doesn’t accept

if you give 12000 to diane/cats tail she'll say no. she was okay with 13000. gave georg/dawn winery 21300.

I tried 12000 for cats tail and her mood soured instantly. Don't risk it! Ended up paying around 14000 :(
