Razor Works Best As An Electro Or Physical DPS

Aggravate is a good reaction for amplifying Razor's Electro damage. Since he can apply Electro rapidly during his Burst, he can trigger Quicken by himself easily but a 2nd Electro is preferred for smoother rotations.
Rotation Of Dendro Reaction Team

If Razor does not have enough Energy for the next rotation, you can use his tap Skill then hold Skill to gain Energy. But with Fischl generating Energy Particles, this shouldn't happen often.

Razor's kit is more or less tailored for a Physical DPS team but it has recently fallen behind in terms of damage. Zhongli is plays an important role due to his universal damage RES shred that also includes Physical damage. Rosaria applies Cryo off-field with her Burst while Mika buffs Normal Attack Speed and Physical DMG dealt.

Taser Razor focuses on his ability to apply Electro. With Ororon, he can refund Energy for Razor and also hold Scroll set to increase the damage dealt by both Hydro and Electro teammates. With the double Elemental resonance activated, more HP gives Furina more damage and more healing for Kokomi. The increased Energy particle generation from Electro resonance will enable smoother rotations.
