Rosaria Works Best As a Cryo Sub-DPS for Reactions

Rosaria can use the Instructor set to buff Mavuika's Melt DMG with its Elemental Mastery buff. She can also be equipped with the Emblem of Severed Fate set if you want to focus on her damage and Burst uptime. Mavuika can be built with less CRIT Rate since Rosaria buffs CRIT Rate.

Rosaria can be built focused on her Burst's damage. Staff of Homa can be replaced with any CRIT weapons. Cryo Resonance and Rosaria's buff allow for a lower CRIT Rate when building her.
