Cryo DMG From Burst When Switching
Kaeya's Burst can deal Cryo DMG. While the initial damage is not that high, the Cryo DMG when switching to other characters is advantageous for triggering elemental reactions such as superconduct, freeze, & melt.

Since Kaeya's Burst only costs 2 energies, it can be used easily.
