Offense & Defense With Skill
Mona's Skill summons a reflection which can decrease an incoming damage by 1 & deals Hydro DMG when the round ends. It is useful for triggering Hydro-related reactions.
Buff With Increased Damage
Mona's Burst produces a 1-turn buff that doubles the damage dealt of the next offensive move. This buff is transferred to the active character when Mona gets switched out.
