Albedo's buff allows his Elemental Skill to deal more instances of damage and providing damage buffs to the team, increasing his effectiveness as a Sub-DPS and Support in Hexerei team comps.

When there's two Hexerei characters in the team, Albedo's Skill can create up to two (2) more flowers called Silver Isotoma. As mentioned by the livestream, Silver Isotomas cannot be destroyed by monster attacks.

The buffs from the constellations of Albedo lessens his field-time and increase his personal damage. The most notable one is the Constellation 2 which basically allows you to consistently buff the EM of the team and produce a damage similar to the "Elemental Burst" without being on-field.
He also has an interesting C4 buff that can enable Plunge Attacks of various characters who does not naturally have access to it.

There are no major changes in the passive of Albedo. It is just a direct buff for his damage when paired with an Hexerei character.
Witch's Eve Rite: Book of Blinding Light
Albedo will become one of the Hexerei Characters after completing some quests. When a party includes two (2) Hex Characters, you will gain the following effects:

| When Albedo hits an opponent with his Elemental Skill using an Elemental Skill, it will generate Silver Isotomas near the opponent. When there are no Solar Isotomas created by Albedo on the field, and as long as Albedo is not downed, a single Silver Isotoma will begin generating Transient Blossoms, just as Solar Isotomas would. There can be up to two Silver Isotomas generated by Albedo on the field at any one time. |

New Party Enhancement Passive - Hexerei
Similar to the Moonsign party enhancement, Hexerei: Secret Rite is activated when there's two Hexerei characters in the team. You can mix and match any of them and the effect will still activate.
