The buffs for Venti does not only allows Venti to provide powerful DMG buff to the team, this also allows him to be an on-field Anemo damage dealer.
Changes To Normal Attack

Venti's Normal Attack will have major changes, such as a buff to his kit. Compared to his previous kit, as a quick swap Burst support, he can now be an on-field character that can deal a good Anemo DMG from Normal Attack and Elemental Burst. To activate this, you need to have another Hexerei character in your party.

Changes To Passive
Witch's Eve Rite: Temporal Wind's Eulogy
Venti will become one of the Hexerei Characters after completing some quests. When a party includes two (2) Hex Characters, you will gain the following effects:

| Hexerei: Secret Rite While the Stormeye created by the Elemental Burst Wind's Grand Ode is active, for 4s after a nearby active character triggers a Swirl reaction, that character's DMG is increased by 50%, and Venti's Stormeye deals 135% of its original DMG. |
New Passive by Venti allows Venti to greatly buff majority of characters when triggering swirl. This also increases the personal damage of Elemental Burst of Venti furthering his support and Sub-DPS capabilities.
New Party Enhancement Passive - Hexerei
Similar to the Moonsign party enhancement, Hexerei: Secret Rite is activated when there's two Hexerei characters in the team. You can mix and match any of them and the effect will still activate.
