The next time you perform "Switch Character": This action will be considered a Fast Action instead of a Combat Action. It will also cost 1 fewer Elemental Die.
The next Swirl Reaction you trigger deals +1 DMG to all opposing characters except the target.
(You must have at least 2 Anemo characters in your deck to add this card to your deck.)
You can continue with other actions after conducting 1 Fast Action.
Only after conducting 1 Combat Action will the turn pass over to your opponent.
After you finish 1 Combat Action, it will be your opponent's turn.
Playing a card from your Hand with this rule is also a Combat Action rather than a Fast Action.
