High Base Attack & Damage Bonus
The Alley Flash has an Elemental Mastery sub-stat and a passive that increases the damage done by the user. The passive effect can be dispelled when the user gets damaged but reactivates after a while. This sword is recommended for supports such as Kaeya & Kazuha.
Blue Overhead Icon
There is no effect while the passive is either active or inactive but when the passive gets reactivated after the user gets hit, a blue icon appears above the user. This signifies that the passive is in effect again.
Shield Can Sustain The Passive
If you plan to use this sword for an on-field DPS, it is recommended to include a shielder in the team to protect the user from incoming damage while preserving the passive of the Alley Flash.
Also Works As A Stat Stick
The Alley Flash currently has the highest Base ATK among the 4* swords available. This is useful for characters whose buff scales with Base ATK such as Bennett.
