Complete The Secret Summer Paradise: Part II Quest
The Water Droplets and their minigames will not show up until you complete the Secret Summer Paradise: Part II Quest. Not only will the quest give you access to the Pavilion of Hermits, but it will also unlock various mini-games around the area.

How To Solve
Choose The Objects Based On The Sequence
When you start the challenge, the middle Water Droplet will show you a sequence. Make sure to take note of it because you will have to follow this sequence when all of the Water Droplets transforms. Select the objects in the order that the middle Water Droplet shows.

Choose The Right Water Droplet 3 Times
For this mini-game, you will have to keep an eye out on the Water Droplet that will emote! It will shift places and at the end of the sequence, you have to choose the right Water Droplet (the one that emotes at the start). You need to complete 3 instances of this to complete it!
