Initially, you cannot find Jeroney on the top of the mountain southwest of Overgrown Valley. It is likely that this quest becomes available after you complete Haddo's challenge.
Ride The Choo-Choo Cart On Violet Flower Trail
The location could be difficult and may take time if you are going there manually. Instead, ride the Choo-Choo Cart on the Violet Flower trail for convenience.
