Capturing Light And Shadow - How To Unlock & Starting Location
Proceed With Event Quest
Initially, Overgrown Valley is not available and the area where you can unlock the quest can only be accessed by progressing thru the event quest.
Ride Choo-Choo Cart
In order to get this quest, you must head to the location marked above by riding the Choo Choo cart southeast of Overgrown Valley. See the location of the Choo Choo cart above. This is an unmarked quest.
Choo-Choo Cart Is Necessary To Break The Seal
It is impossible to get inside the cave manually since the cave is sealed. The seal can only be removed by riding the Choo-Choo cart.

This quest is readily available with the 3.8 Update. It can be found in the 3.8 Exclusive location - Veluriyam Mirage (Bottleland).

| 1 | Follow the Hydro Eidolon |
| 2 | Read the diary fragment |
| 3 | Take the nearby Choo-Choo cart to the destination |
| 4 | Break the seal on the "Streaming Projector" |
| 5 | Unseal the remaining three "Streaming Projectors" ※ Locate the three different Water Droplets to unlock them |
| 6 |  Restore the mural in the cave※ Enter the mural thru Preprint World and place all of the fragments to their respective placements |
How To Unlock 3 Streaming Projectors
First Water Droplet
| Procedure | |

| 1 |  When facing the mural, head to the left side and find a Water Droplet |
| 2 |  Go down this side entrance |
| 3 |  Take out the fire surrounding the Water Droplet |
| 4 | Follow the Water Droplet and take the chest it unlocks |
| 5 | Keep following the Water Droplet |
| 6 |  Extinguish the fire on torches to proceed |
| 7 | Continue following the Water Droplet |
| 8 | Use the Choo-Choo cart |
| 9 | Unlock a Streaming Projector |
Second Water Droplet

| 1 |  Head inside the newly opened section |
| 2 | Open the chest and follow the Water Droplet |
| 3 | Read the diary entry |
| 4 | Continue following the Water Droplet |
| 5 |   Activate the 3 Hydro Monuments. One is hidden in the gate facing the Water Droplet※ Ask the Water Droplet for help |
| 6 | Continue following the Water Droplet. Defeat the enemies that will spawn |
| 7 |  Light up the Pyro, Hydro, & Cryo Monuments. You can ask the Water Droplet to stand next to the Hydro Monument |
