You can find Cecilia Garden in between Wolvendom and Stormterror's Lair. You need to unlock the Windmill Highland, Mondstadt Statue of the Seven to find it on the map.

Unlocked At AR Level 16
You need to be at AR Level 16 first before you can open and run the trials inside Cecilia Garden.

Recommended Elements
Bring Pyro, Electro, Or Cryo Characters
It's not required to have all 3 elements in your team, but having them will make the dungeon significantly easier. Electro & Cryo will deal extra damage to the Water Slimes while Pyro will remove the shields of the Hilichurls.

Use Characters With Consistent DPS
Since the Domain's condition is to defeat an enemy every 25 seconds, you need consistent DPS throughout the whole dungeon. Each time you defeat an enemy, the timer will reset to 25.
Focus On A Single Enemy At A Time
Because of the Domain's condition, it's important to learn to focus down on an enemy until they're defeated. Spreading your DPS around is a waste as it's possible to not defeat an enemy within the 25 seconds by doing this.
Water Slimes Are Great For Elemental Combos
Since the water slimes are abundant, you can take advantage of them to create elemental combos. You can freeze them then add lightning to superconduct them.
