PROBLEM:

Each time the player gains a third "Legend of the Geo Archon" item, Musheng will remove two of them from the inventory. This does not affect progress towards earning the achievement, but the player should use in game sticky notes rather than relying on the quest items.

Almost 2 years.... Almost two mufaking years and still I couldn't get this achievement!!!!!

Plants: The Groundbreaker
Ores: God of the Stove
Food/Dishes: God of History
Glaze Lily: God of Wealth

In addition to the other two comments below the plants note is the groundbreaker

Referring to the second comment, the food/dishes one is "God of History".

in case you cant remember which stories you have all I know so far is the glaze lily is the "god of wealth" story, the notes from this story will be in the quest items menu and they'll be of 2 star rarity
