Dori is actually an amazing healer and you don't need to spend much time or resin on her, you just need HP/HP/Healing Bonus and some energy from substats. I've been doing 15k HP per tick

...you can activate Dori's Burst before casting Raiden's burst. So Raiden when under the burst mode, will be healed from incoming damage. Raiden is immune to electro-charge when Burst. Dori heal also FULLY RECHARGE your Raiden' Burst.

....However, Dori is S-Tier if combined with Raiden whose energy recharge below 220% or Raiden that is not using Engulfing Lightning. It will activate electro resonance so your Raiden and whole teams have their burst quickly full under 15 seconds combat.

Dori is C Tier for most team, because she only heal On-field target and not the other 3 characters that are off-field. Her healing ties infused character with electro, so enemy with hydro will cause electro-charge to your on-field character, pyro enemy will overload yours too.

C tier at best.

dori's kit is great! she's great on any energy-hungry teams/dps, im surprised that sumeru has had such good supports so far!! dori is versatile, has good constellations, and heals :-D probably my favorite sumeru kit so far.

Raiden Shogun, Keqing and Yae miko. All excellent electro choices.

Any electro char is irrelevant with raiden shogun in your team
