The Resonating Visions event and collecting of Phantasmal Conches will be start at the Golden Apple Archipelago island.

Once you arrived at the Golden Apple Archipelagi, the Resonating Visions will automatically start. You can check your progress at the Event Page of Paimon Menu.

Phantasmal Conches
This event has a similar mechanics to Echoing Tales Event where the objective is to gather and listen to the Phantasmal Conches that are scattered around the Golden Apple Archipelago.

Unlock Fischl Skin
Upon collecting the conches and reached the required condition for this event, you will be able to unlock Fishcl's Skin. To obtain this, you need to collect 16 conches.
