This error appears on the Genshin Impact login screen. Players are unable to log in or play the game as a result of this error.
Occurs When You Manually Update Genshin
This is usually encountered by people who updated the game without using the Genshin Impact Launcher. There might be files that weren't downloaded or it might also be because of additional unnecessary files.
Launcher Update Deletes Previous Files
Genshin will delete its files from the previous update once it begins updating from the launcher. However, manually downloading does not delete those unnecessary files which can cause the game to malfunction.

Try Restarting The Game Client
The first thing you can do is to relaunch the Genshin Impact client. Close all instances of the game and its launcher. Make sure to close the programs from your Task Manager before launching it again.
Launch Genshin Impact From Game Folder

Genshin Impact can be launched directly from the game folder. To start the game, go to the Genshin Impact folder and double-click "GenshinImpact.exe."
Try Deleting blob_storage
If the above fix doesn't work, you can try deleting the "blob_storage" folder which can also be found in the Genshin Impact folder.
Restart Your Computer
Restarting your computer may also help because it clears out any open applications and processes that may have been interfering with the program of Genshin Impact.
Fix For Using Update Package
|1||Extract the Update Package that You Downloaded (usually named something like game_1.6.1_2.0.0_diff_GLrkVi02eEIJHmoZ.zip)|
|2||Open the file named deletefiles.txt that was extracted as well.|
|3||Delete the files mentioned in it from the Genshin Impact Game folder or it's subfolder (as mentioned in the text file).|
