After 1.5 update you just have to head to the teleport west to the hypostatis. There is a tunnel nearby that leads right to the tablet.

with version 1.5, where can i find the carving at location 4? the cryo hypostasis is there now, and when i defeat it, the floor where there used to be a huge hole is now an ice floor and i can't go under it.
