You can find 8 Ancient Carvings all around Dragonspine. Examine them would tell you a story and will unlock a Hidden Room.

Examining all the Ancient Carving would unlock the hidden room near the Statue of the Seven in Dragonspine.
Get A Blueprint For Snow-Tombed Starsilver
Opening a chest in the said hidden room will reward you an item called "Memory of the Entombed City". Use this item to get a forge recipe for Snow-Tombed Starsilver which is one of the key items introduced in Version 1.2 Update.
