Nocturne's Curtain Call is Columbina's Signature Weapon and her best-in-slot weapon, which will be guaranteed to have some manner of synergy with her abilities especially if it aligns with an HP% / Hydro DMG (or HP%) / CRIT Rate artifact setup. This weapon provides so much CRIT DMG and Energy that you can focus almost entirely on HP and CRIT Rate in your artifacts.
