Columbina uses drops from Slime enemies for her ascension materials. Her local specialty is a new material that will be introduced in the new region in Version 6.3. Her boss drop comes from the Frostnight Herra, and her weekly boss material is from the new weekly boss, The Doctor.

To farm all of Columbina's materials from scratch to reach Level 90 and upgrade her Talents to 8/8/8, it will take at least around a week without using any additional Resin. Columbina uses the new Local Specialty, Winter Icelea, found in Wavechaser Plain and Ashveil Peak. It can also be planted in the Serenitea Pot.
Enemy Materials
Slimes Are Found Everywhere
For Columbina's enemy drop, she uses the drops of Slimes that are found everywhere in Teyvat. You can collect the Slime Materials by defeating them. You will also be able to track them using Paimon Menu > Adventurer's Handbook, but not all locations will be shown.

Columbina uses the "Moonlight" series of talent books, similar to the recently added character, Lauma. These can be obtained from the Lightless Capital Domain, located north of the Clink-Clank Krumkake Craftshop. This domain is available on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays. For Columbina, it is most efficient to prioritize leveling her Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst. Focus on these two Talents to save materials.

Columbina's world boss, the Frostnight Herra, can be found on the north side of Hiisi Island in the Nod-Krai region. After completing the challenge, you will be required to spend 40 Original Resin to collect the rewards.

Columbina uses the weekly boss drop from The Doctor. His domain will likely be located in Nod-Krai. You can challenge this boss using the Quick Challenge feature in the Adventurer's Handbook, but be aware that this may contain spoilers for the related Archon Quest. Claiming the rewards after completing the challenge costs 30 Original Resin.

Expect To Use Around 2,500 Resin Or More
Since material drops are random, farming for all of Columbina's ascension and talent materials will cost approximately 2,500 Original Resin at World Level 8. This is equivalent to about two to three weeks (14-21 days) of natural Resin generation. The exact time required will also depend on whether you plan to level up all of her talents.
More Resin Cost For Artifacts
Farming for Artifacts, especially good ones, will also add to the resin cost of building a character. Artifacts are heavily based on luck and cannot be measured.
Around 18 Weeks To Fully Upgrade Talents
Upgrading talents past level 6 requires a Weekly Boss material. Assuming you only get one of the required materials per week, it will take 18 weeks to fully upgrade a character's talents to 10/10/10. You can shorten this time by using Dream Solvent to convert other Weekly Boss materials from the same boss.
