Columbina uses drops from Slime enemies for her ascension materials. Her local specialty is a new material coming with the new region in Version 6.3. Her boss drop comes from the Frostnight Herra and her weekly boss material comes from the new weekly boss of Dottore.

To farm all of the materials of Columbina up to Level 90 and 8/8/8 Talent from scratch, it will take at least around a week without any additional resins. Columbina uses a new Local Specialty that will be releasing in Version 6.3. Since it appears to be a plant, it's likely that it can be planted in the teapot as well.

Slimes Are Found Everywhere

For Columbina's enemy drop, she uses the drops of Slimes that are found everywhere in Teyvat. You can collect the Slime Materials by defeating them. You will also be able to track them using Paimon Menu > Adventurer's Handbook, but not all locations will be shown.

Columbina's world boss, the Frostnight Herra can be found at the north side of the Hiisi Island inside the Nod-Krai region. After completing the domain challenge, you will be required to spend 40 Original Resin to collect the materials.

Weekly Boss Location

Unknown Location As Of Now

Columbina will most probably use the weekly boss drop from the recently added weekly boss in the game, which is The Doctor. Its domain will likely be located in Nod-Krai. Completing the challenge in this domain will cost you 30 Original Resin.

How Many Days / Resin Needed?

Expect To Use Around 2500 Resin Or More

Since the material drops are random, farming for all of Columbina's ascension and talent materials will cost you around 2,500 Original Resin at World Level 9. This is around 2-3 (14~21 Days) weeks of resin generation. The number of days also differs whether or not you want to level all talents or not.

More Resin Cost For Artifacts

Farming for Artifacts, especially good ones, will also add to the resin cost of building a character. Artifacts are heavily based on luck and cannot be measured.

Around 18 Weeks To Fully Upgrade Talents

Talent Ascension requires a Weekly Boss material. Assuming you get one required material per week, you will need 18 weeks to fully upgrade a character's talents to 10/10/10. You can shorten this time by converting other Weekly Boss materials.
