It is a tower related to the event that was introduced during the 2.5 Livestream, that is called Three Realms Gateway Offering.

How To Unlock
There are 3 Tower Of The Void that can be activated by completing the main quests in the Three Realms Gateway Offering. Proceed with the event until you get the three quests.
How To Activate The Towers
For each part, you will need to go to different locations and rotate the towers to match the pattern written on the stones. You will also need to have a lot of the items shown below to activate the tower controllers.

| Tokoyo Legume | Aphotium Ore | Husk Gem |
You can find Tokoyo Legume and Aphotium Ore around Enkanomiya. Husk Gem, however, drop from Shadowy Husk enemies and are found in each of the islands where the towers are located.
Tower Of The Void - All Tower Locations
1st Tower Location (Part 1)

The first tower can be found in Yachimatahiko's Locus. You will have to complete Part 1 of the Three Realms Gateway Offering quests to activate the tower.

The Pattern Is Upside-Down
Take note that the pattern written on the stone is upside-down, so adjust the symbols on the tower opposite of the written pattern.
