The Operation Downpour Simulation event will be held at the Fontaine region and will start at the Romaritime Harbor. Talk to the NPC named Enghiene.

Place the two (2) Hilichurls one on the left and right area. Check the image above to see the exact spot.

Deploy the two (2) Samachurls directly in front of the Whopperflowers, one on the left and one on the right. Check the image above for reference.
Thrust And Volley Combined
1
Deploy the Ruin Guard in front of the Hydro Slimes, check the exact spot in the image above for reference.

Deploy the three (3) Hilichurls in front. Check the image above to see the exact spots.
Siege Strategies

Deploy the three (3) Cryo Specter in front, two on the left side then one on the right. Check the image above for reference.

Deploy the two (2) Ruin Gurads on both sides. Check the image above for reference.
Studies In Momentum

Deploy one (1) Cicin to defeat the Whopperflower, place them behind the icons. Check the image above for reference.
2
Deploy the Avatar of Lava once the Whopperflower is defeated.

Deploy a Hilichurl on the left side of the Avatar of Lava, check the image above for reference.
4
Deploy the last set of Cicin once the Mek in the middle is defeated.

Deploy the Cryo Specters on the upper left and right areas so it will attack the Hydro Slimes. Check the image above for reference.

Deploy the two (2) sets Hilichurls on the left sideto destroy the barriers.
To The Trenches
1
Deploy the first set of hilichurls to the upper left side, attacking the hut above. Then deploy the second set of hilichurls on the lower right to destroy the barrier below.

Once the barrier is gone, deploy the Water Phantasms.
3
Once the frontline is clear, deploy the Hilichurls and the Water Phantasms.
Grand Armies

Deploy the two (2) Ruin Guards. Check the position in the image above for reference.

Put the Cryo Specters one attacking the Cryo Lawachurl int he front and the other one will be attacking the Cryo Whopper Flower.

Place the Cryo Specter on the left side to defeat the Mek enemy. Check the image above for reference.

Deploy the Hilichurls and the Avatar of Lava below.

Lastly, deploy the Cicins above/near the mani buildings so they can easily destroy them.
